Captain Isaac is a former captain for Kenya Airways who has been diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).

ALS is a progressive neurological disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, leading to muscle weakness, paralysis, and eventually death.

Captain Isaac was diagnosed with ALS after experiencing symptoms such as muscle weakness and fatigue.
